Due North GF Bakery & Goods is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located at 717 Railroad Avenue East in Hatton, North Dakota, founded by owners Kristi Hovland and Mary Moser. The bakery specializes in high-quality gluten-free baked goods including breads, cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and pastries, all made with their proprietary seven-blend all-purpose flour designed to match the taste and texture of traditional baked goods. Since opening in March 2021, Due North has grown from a farmers market venture in Grand Forks to a full-service bakery offering in-store purchases, mail orders shipped across the United States, and custom orders, while also selling their signature flour and cookie mixes.
