Nova Eatery & Supper Club

Nova Eatery & Supper Club is a Midwest comfort food restaurant located at 402 N Broadway in downtown Fargo, ND, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an elevated supper club atmosphere. Co-owned by Nikki Berglund and executive chef Ryan Nitschke, the restaurant opened to the public in April 2025 at the former BernBaum’s location, having previously operated at the Fargo Brewing Company. The menu features Midwestern cuisine including steaks, smashburgers, fresh seafood, and classic supper club favorites, complemented by carefully curated beer, cocktail, and wine selections.
