Pride Dairy
About
Pride Dairy is North Dakota’s last small-town creamery, located in Bottineau and producing ice cream, butter, syrups, and toppings using local ingredients since its founding in 1930. The business nearly closed in the early 2010s before owner Jeff Beyer purchased it in 2012 to save it from closure. Today, Pride Dairy operates an old-fashioned ice cream parlor called the Dairy Dipper, has been named the best ice cream in North Dakota by USA Today, and produces the Thomas Jefferson Vintage Vanilla Ice Cream sold at Mount Rushmore National Memorial, while also supporting local dairy and livestock industries through community involvement.
