Soda Drop

Soda Drop is a fast-casual beverage company specializing in customizable “dirty sodas” that blend soda bases with creams, syrups, purees, and other creative mix-ins. Opened in October 2025 by owner Kim Hertz and her family, the business is located at Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck and offers a diverse menu featuring signature sodas as well as sugar-free and natural syrup options. Beyond serving innovative drinks, Soda Drop actively engages with the community, having collaborated with local schools on Teacher Appreciation Week events.
