Brick Oven Bakery

Brick Oven Bakery is a French-inspired artisan bakery located at 112 North 4th Street in downtown Bismarck, established in September 2019 by owners Steve and Sandy Jacobson. The bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough breads baked in a traditional wood-fired brick oven imported from France, along with French pastries, croissants, danishes, and a full-service coffee bar featuring locally roasted coffee from Perk & Beans. Since its opening, the business has experienced significant growth and recently expanded with an additional 3,000-square-foot production facility nearby, allowing the bakery to launch corporate catering services for businesses and events throughout the Bismarck-Mandan region.
