The Refreshery

The Refreshery is a locally owned cold-pressed juice café and market located at 253 E. Chatham Street in Downtown Cary, founded by Stephen and Jessica McNulty. The business offers house-made cold-pressed juices, coffee from local roasters, matcha, tea, and healthier snacks, along with a bodega-style market featuring North Carolina-made items. Opened in January 2026 after two years of planning, The Refreshery serves as a community gathering space with commitment to sustainability, including a glass bottle reuse program with rewards for customers.
