Sugarcane Daddy is a juice bar located at 87 Baxter Street in Manhattan’s Chinatown neighborhood that specializes in freshly pressed sugarcane juice. Founded by Winsley, a Chinatown local who transitioned from a finance career, the business sources sugarcane stalks from farms in Florida and California and partners with local Chinatown grocers for fresh fruits. Operating as a takeout-only walk-up window operation connected to Nha Trang Vietnamese restaurant, Sugarcane Daddy offers signature sugarcane drinks with optional fruit flavors and has become the only brick-and-mortar sugarcane juice shop in New York City.
