Roots Farm Cafe

Roots Farm Cafe is a family-owned restaurant and farm-to-table establishment located at 11784 State Highway 337 in Tijeras, New Mexico, just outside Albuquerque in the east mountains. Founded over five years ago by co-owners Daniel Puccini and Kendall Rattner, the cafe combines fresh, locally-sourced meals with a farm shop, coffee bar, and educational programming through its Roots Natural Learning Center. Operating a horse-powered farm that supplies seasonal produce, Roots Farm Cafe has built a reputation for sustainable, organic practices and community engagement, offering workshops and classes that focus on ethical farming and self-sufficiency while serving breakfast, lunch, and specialty coffee to a devoted local following.
