Revolution Bakery is a 100% dedicated gluten-free and celiac-safe bakery located at 418 Cerrillos Road in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. Founded by self-taught baker Dionne Christian, the bakery specializes in artisanal breads made from ancient grains and hand-crafted vegan pastries, with a rotating daily menu featuring items like gluten-free sourdough, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and decorated cakes. In addition to its retail bakery, Revolution has expanded to include the Revolution Gluten-Free Baking Academy next door, offering in-person celiac-safe baking workshops and classes in partnership with local institutions.
