Operating locations in Eldorado (7 Caliente Road) and inside the CHOMP Food Hall (505 Cerrillos Road), the shop specializes in premium ice cream with both dairy and non-dairy options, featuring seasonal flavors alongside classics. All ice cream is made by hand in their Eldorado location, with many mix-ins and ingredients sourced locally or made from scratch, ranging from signature flavors like blue corn with piñon brittle to creative offerings such as basil berry cheesecake crumble.
