Los Ranchos Bakery is a locally-owned small-batch bakery established in 2018 at 6920 4th Street NW in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico. Owner Stephanie Vigil specializes in fresh-baked goods from scratch, including artisanal scones, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, sandwiches, and coffee, with extensive gluten-free and vegan options available. Beyond baking, the bakery supports the local community by rotating local artwork in their space, hosting pop-ups in the parking lot, and selling goods seasonally at the Los Ranchos Growers’ Market.
