Vegos is a family-owned vegan restaurant located at 2904 Indian School Road NE in Albuquerque that specializes in scratch-made New Mexican cuisine with plant-based ingredients. Founded in 2019, the business began as a food truck before transitioning to a brick-and-mortar location, earning recognition as Best Food Truck from Edible New Mexico in 2021 and multiple Best Vegan Restaurant awards from ABQ the Magazine.
