The Le Bakery

The Le Bakery is a Vietnamese and European bakery located at 1924 Juan Tabo Boulevard NE Suite D in Albuquerque, NM, specializing in hand-crafted pastries, croissants, French brioches, Vietnamese sandwiches, and artisanal coffee drinks made entirely from scratch using premium ingredients. Opened in April 2025, the bakery is owned and operated by Tien Le, who spent over 15 years perfecting her recipes before realizing her dream of opening her own shop.
