The Bakehouse off the Wheaten Path is a 100% gluten-free bakery located at 515 Wyoming Boulevard Northeast in Albuquerque, NM, founded by Heidi Moir in 2018. Beginning as a home-based operation supplying local coffee shops and restaurants, the bakery opened its own storefront in 2023 and now serves cakes, cupcakes, pastries, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods, many with vegan options available. The bakery maintains a celiac-safe facility and actively participates in community engagement through gluten-free education classes and workshops.
