Lucky Goose

Lucky Goose is a 100% plant-based restaurant located at 3503 Central Ave in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill neighborhood, serving vegan burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and milkshakes made with house-made sauces. Founded by Rafael Guillen and Melissa Timmons, the restaurant launched as a food truck in July 2021 and expanded to a brick-and-mortar location in November 2022, becoming known for its creative plant-based comfort food. The restaurant supports local farm-animal sanctuaries through the sale of colorful artwork displayed on its walls created by animals from these sanctuaries.
