Lucky Goose

Lucky Goose is a 100% plant-based restaurant located at 3503 Central Ave in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill neighborhood, established in 2021 to provide vegan comfort food options to New Mexico. Founded by Rafael Guillen and Melissa Timmons, the restaurant started as a food truck in July 2021 before opening its brick-and-mortar location in November 2022, and features house-made plant-based burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, milkshakes, and specialty sauces. The restaurant supports local farm-animal sanctuaries through sales of artwork created by rescued pigs and chickens displayed on its walls.
