Buen Provecho

Buen Provecho is a Costa Rican restaurant located at 2500 Central Ave SW #3 in Albuquerque, owned by Chef Kattia Rojas, who opened the brick-and-mortar location in May 2018 after starting as a catering business. The restaurant specializes in authentic Costa Rican cuisine, including traditional dishes like tamales, empanadas, patacones, and arroz con pollo, and is one of only a handful of Costa Rican restaurants in the entire United States. Beyond its dining services, Buen Provecho offers catering for events ranging from business meetings to casual gatherings, and has become a cornerstone of Albuquerque’s dining scene serving its community for nearly a decade.
