Amanda Bananas is a soft-serve frozen fruit mobile vendor based at Pier 13 in Hoboken, New Jersey, founded in 2012 by co-owners Steven and Amanda DiPasquale. Made entirely from 100% fresh fruit, their product is dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and designed as a healthy alternative to traditional ice cream and frozen yogurt.
