Bite Me Kupcakez is a dedicated gluten-free and nut-free bakery and cafe located at 4 Mound Court in Merrimack, NH, specializing in cupcakes, baked goods, and breakfast and lunch items while accommodating multiple dietary restrictions including dairy-free, soy-free, and vegan options. Founded in May 2011 by Debbie Atamanchuk after her daughter Rebecca was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, the business opened its storefront in May 2017 and has been recognized as a Parenting New Hampshire Family Favorite in 2018 and 2020. Currently operated by Rebecca Boutin following her mother’s passing in October 2024, the bakery maintains Debbie’s legacy of zero-cross-contamination practices and continues to serve the community with custom orders for special events including weddings and celebrations.
