Dishon Gluten-Free Bakery is a family-owned exclusively gluten-free bakery located at 915 Elm Street in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire, specializing in artisan-style breads, bagels, pastries, and snacks crafted in small batches with premium gluten-free ingredients. Owner Evan Lang opened the bakery in July 2024 after discovering his passion for gluten-free baking when he and his wife developed the craft during the pandemic, inspired by Evan’s personal experience with Celiac Disease. The bakery is committed to supporting local producers by stocking their shelves with gluten-free goods from regional makers, including crackers, honey, pasta, and frozen treats from local bakers.
