Beloved’s Bakery and Cafe

Beloved’s Bakery and Cafe, located at 299 E Plumb Lane Suite 129 in Reno next to the Reno Public Market, is an artisan bakery and cafe specializing in organic, handcrafted sourdough breads, pastries, and a full breakfast and lunch menu featuring local and organic ingredients. Founded by baker Zach Condron who began selling organic sourdough at local farmers markets before opening the brick-and-mortar location in September 2024, Beloved’s has become a community favorite known for its commitment to quality ingredients, slow fermentation, and collaboration with local coffee roasters. The cafe also supports local agriculture and maintains an active presence at farmers markets while operating their main location Wednesday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
