Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas is the first fully plant-based Italian/Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, located at 3000 S Las Vegas Boulevard inside Resorts World Las Vegas. The restaurant features upscale décor and refined vegan cuisine paired with wines and cocktails, created by acclaimed Chef Tal Ronnen and Executive Chef Paul Zlatos, and welcomes vegans, flexitarians, omnivores, and meat enthusiasts alike. Crossroads opened in Las Vegas in May 2022, expanding from its original Los Angeles location established in 2013.
