Coneflower Creamery’s Millwork Commons location, at 1241 Millwork Ave in Omaha, is an artisanal ice cream shop that makes small-batch ice cream and cold treats using locally sourced milk, cream, and fruit from Nebraska farms. Co-owned by Brian Langbehn and Chef Katie Arant, the creamery takes a farm-to-cone approach, crafting unique flavors using fresh, seasonal ingredients and making everything in-house from ice cream to waffle cones. The Millwork Commons location opened as a second location to meet growing demand, offering expanded indoor seating while maintaining the creamery’s commitment to quality and creativity that has earned it recognition as Yelp’s #1 Ice Cream Shop in America.
