The Rabbit Hole Bakery

The Rabbit Hole Bakery, located at 800 Q Street in Lincoln’s Haymarket district, is a small-batch bakery founded in 2016 by pastry chef Amanda Fuchser. The bakery specializes in freshly made desserts from scratch using premium ingredients, including cakes by the slice, cheesecake, pastries, cream puffs, and custom cakes for special occasions. With whimsical Alice in Wonderland-inspired decor, the bakery also accommodates dietary restrictions with gluten-free and vegan options, and operates multiple Lincoln locations including the Haymarket and Gateway Mall.
