Rutabagas

Rutabagas is a vegan comfort food restaurant and food truck operation in Lincoln, Nebraska, founded in 2019. The business serves plant-inspired dishes including burgers, nachos, and other nostalgic comfort food, and is operated by a UNL alumna committed to building community through events like Friendsgiving and cooking classes. Rutabagas recently transitioned from its restaurant location to focus on food truck operations and pop-up events throughout Lincoln.
