Gratitude Cafe & Bakery

Gratitude Cafe & Bakery is a neighborhood homespun bakery and vegetarian cafe located at 1551 N. Cotner Blvd in the Historic Bethany neighborhood of Lincoln, Nebraska, that has been serving the community since February 2013. Owner Kat Cloran sources approximately 80 percent of ingredients locally and emphasizes vegetarian and vegan options, while hosting live acoustic music on Friday and Saturday nights and monthly writer’s workshops to foster community connection. The cafe operates from a restored century-old bank building and is known for its seasonal baked goods, including scones, fruit pies, and handmade pastries, complemented by fresh coffee and soup and sandwich offerings.
