Sunflower Bakery is a small, family-owned bakery located at 1442 Euclid Avenue in Helena, Montana, specializing in naturally leavened sourdough breads, rustic pastries, pies, and baked goods made from organic and locally-sourced ingredients. Founded by Kate and Ian, who returned to Helena in 2019 after working on farms and farm-to-table restaurants in Maryland, the bakery also offers daily soup, sandwiches, and pasta options, along with drip coffee and a large tea selection. The bakery’s mission focuses on providing the Helena community with wholesome, natural bread while supporting Montana’s food economy through local and seasonal sourcing.
