Earthbound Café

Earthbound Café is a breakfast and lunch destination located in the heart of downtown Billings at 207 N Broadway in the Valley Credit Union building. Opened in March 2025 by co-owners Jessica Johnson, Joshua Ploeg, and Nicholas Rogers, the café prioritizes locally sourced ingredients and offers a diverse menu accommodating all dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Operating Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm, with extended Friday hours until 5 pm, Earthbound Café also offers catering services and has become known for its eclectic, innovative cuisine and warm community atmosphere.
