Sensitively Sweet

Sensitively Sweet is an allergen-free bakery located at 107 Aldersgate Drive in Nixa, Missouri, specializing in delicious treats free from the top 11 food allergens, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and mammal byproducts. Founded by Katrina Hagan, the bakery began as a personal mission born out of necessity when she developed severe food sensitivities and her husband was diagnosed with Alpha-Gal Syndrome, leading her to create safe desserts for others facing similar challenges. Since opening its Nixa storefront in November 2024, Sensitively Sweet has gained considerable community support, offering a wide variety of items including brownies, cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread, pop tarts, and cupcakes, all crafted in a dedicated allergen-free facility.
