The Trolley Stop Bakery is a co-op bakery located at 67 Forum Shopping Center in Chesterfield, Missouri, serving as a hub for local bakers to craft and sell unique artisanal treats. Originally established as The Baker’s Hub, it transitioned into its current co-op model to provide commercial kitchen space and storefront opportunities for independent bakers without their own retail locations. The bakery won Feast Magazine’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Award for best bake shop and features multiple in-house vendors offering everything from French macarons and New York-style bagels to St. Louis gooey butter cake, vegan treats, and specialty items.
