Crazy Cat Eat Up is a Southern-inspired American restaurant located at 1491 Canton Mart Road in Jackson’s LeFleurs East neighborhood, founded by Chef Jon Lansdale. The restaurant began as a home-based bakery and catering business before opening its first physical location, eventually expanding to its current 2,500-square-foot space at Canton Mart Square. Crazy Cat Eat Up serves lunch Monday through Friday, dinner Wednesday through Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday, featuring seasonally-crafted menus made with locally and regionally-sourced vegetables, meats, artisan cheeses, and desserts prepared fresh daily on the premises.
