Bad Rooster Food Truck

Bad Rooster is a family-owned mobile food truck in Minnetonka, Minnesota, founded by entrepreneur and chef Soulaire and farmer Terry, who launched their operation with a mission to serve fresh, quality “farm to street” chicken and homemade signature sauces. The truck began in the parking lot of Soulaire’s office building in Minnetonka and offers hand-breaded chicken, tenders, wings, and sandwiches made fresh to order, with all sauces prepared from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients and humanely-raised poultry. Beyond their food service, Bad Rooster actively supports the community through partnerships with local farms and nonprofits, including hosting food and clothing drives for organizations like the ICA Food Shelf.
