Muddy Tiger Indian Bistro serves authentic Marathi cuisine from Maharashtra in western India through its fast-casual restaurant located at 7015 Amundson Avenue in Edina. Founded in 2018 by chef Jyotiee Kistner and her husband Andy, the business launched as a food truck in 2021 before opening a brick-and-mortar location in February 2023. The restaurant specializes in regional Indian street food with bold flavors and textures, offering vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and meat options that reflect Jyotiee’s passion for introducing her native cuisine to Minnesota.
