Daniel’s Kitchen is a pay-what-you-can, plant-based community cafe located at 401 E Main Street in Edmore, Michigan. Founded as a mission-driven venture, the cafe serves vegetarian and vegan comfort food, salads, soups, and baked goods made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients when possible, operating Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
