Trap Vegan is a Black-owned, family-operated plant-based restaurant located at 20198 Livernois Avenue in Detroit’s Green Acres neighborhood, opened by owner Jasmine Raiford with the mission of bringing healthy vegan options to the local community. The restaurant specializes in a 100% plant-based menu featuring popular items like vegan burgers, smoothies, salads, and sides, all made fresh to order and known for bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. Operating Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Trap Vegan offers dine-in and takeout service and has become a community favorite since its debut, famously selling out completely on its first day.
