Street Beet is a 100% plant-based vegan comfort food restaurant established in Detroit in 2018, serving fast-food-inspired dishes with nostalgic appeal. Founded by Meghan Shaw and Nina Paletta, the restaurant operates at 1800 Michigan Avenue in the Corktown neighborhood and offers a full-service dining experience featuring breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner service. Known for creative plant-based versions of classic American favorites, Street Beet also features a full bar, in-house bakery, and serves as a community gathering space with game nights and live DJ events.
