Milk & Froth is an artisanal ice cream shop located at 328 S. Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor that specializes in small-batch ice cream made from scratch, offering both classic dairy and vegan options. The Detroit-based company, founded by Deion Cao and Alexis Matteson, opened its Ann Arbor location in November 2023 as its second scoop shop, expanding from their original Eastern Market location in Detroit. Known for their commitment to quality, Milk & Froth sources Michigan-made ingredients where possible, including dairy from Northville’s Guernsey Farms, and creates ice cream without preservatives or artificial additives.
