Simmer & Spice Food Truck is a Westborough-based mobile kitchen founded by chef Eric Woodman that serves fresh, homemade paninis and soups made with ingredients sourced from local farms. The business launched in March 2023 as Woodman’s passion project after he left a corporate marketing career to pursue his longtime passion for cooking.
