YEMVegan is a 100% vegan street food truck operating on Martha’s Vineyard that serves plant-based comfort food and gluten-free options from its main location at 386 State Road in Vineyard Haven, and regularly appears at the West Tisbury Farmers Market and other island venues. Beyond its food truck operations, YEMVegan organizes the MV Vegan Refrigerator Project, a grassroots community initiative providing free, fresh plant-based meals to island neighbors during the off-season.
