Lulu’s Bakery and Pantry is an American bakery and café located at 285 Derby Street in downtown Salem, MA, featuring pastries, artisanal chocolates, coffee, soup, salads, and sandwiches. Founded by pastry chef Nikki Economides and co-owner Jim Economides (a former founder of All-Star Sandwiches in Cambridge), the business opened its doors in February 2022 after a years-long journey to establish a retail location for Nikki’s Fixx Chocolate creations. The bakery also offers custom cakes, seasonal treats, and specialty breakfast items, with a local workforce that includes Salem residents and high school students.
