Pulse Cafe is a 100% plant-based restaurant located at 270 Russell Street in Hadley, Massachusetts, that opened in August 2017. The cafe specializes in artful, life-giving vegan cuisine featuring organic, locally-sourced ingredients, including wood-fired pizza, creative comfort foods, and fresh cold-pressed juices. Connected to the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s health ministry, Pulse Cafe actively serves the community through wellness consultations, cooking classes, health screening expos, and seminars on nutrition and disease prevention, while earning recognition as the area’s top plant-based restaurant within its first six months of operation.
