Pink Carrot is a healthy food, juice, and coffee café with three locations in Boston’s North End, Back Bay, and Chestnut Hill. Founded in 2020 during the pandemic by owner JoAnn, who was inspired by the lack of healthy dining options in the city, the business serves fresh smoothies, wraps, salads, juices, and coffee made with organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
