Bamboo Beach Juice Bar is a health-focused juice bar located at 687 East 2nd Street in South Boston, founded by Nicole Jankowski and Anxhelo Taho in 2023. The business specializes in fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, wellness shots, and specialty toasts made with clean ingredients. Inspired by a 2019 trip to Tenerife, the owners created the shop to bring a tropical, beach-inspired atmosphere to the South Boston neighborhood, offering customers a relaxing escape from their daily routines.
