Oleum Vegan Kitchen is a plant-based restaurant located at 701 S Bond Street in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood, serving globally-inspired vegan cuisine with Mediterranean, Spanish, and Middle Eastern flavors. Founded by chef-owner Alisha Adibe, who transitioned to veganism after a doctor’s recommendation and began operating ghost kitchens before opening her full restaurant in June 2025, Oleum has quickly become one of Baltimore’s premier dedicated vegan restaurants, offering innovative dishes like risottos, pastas, pizzas, and house-made plant-based cheeses alongside specialty cocktails.
