ZUbakery

ZUbakery is a James Beard Award-winning micro-boulangerie located at 81 Clark Street in Portland’s West End, opened in 2022. The bakery specializes in French-style pastries, wood-fired breads, and rustic goods, milling its own whole grain flour from Maine-grown spelt, wheat, and rye. Beyond baking, ZUbakery serves as a neighborhood hub, offering coffee, tea, olive oil, granola, biscotti, and a curated selection of wines, along with pottery from local ceramicists.
