The Toku Truck

The Toku Truck is a food truck located at 82 Parris Street in West Bayside, Portland, ME, launched by chef and owner Felicia Dumont in June 2024. The truck serves nourishing, fresh food including smoothies, burritos, and tacos made with high-quality ingredients, and is described as “community-minded” with a mission of nourishing Maine’s dreamers and adventure seekers.
