Nom Cafe is a Balkan-inspired breakfast and brunch establishment located at 23 Forest Avenue in Portland’s Old Port neighborhood, owned by Som Mantasut and Genko Stanilov since its opening in April 2022. The cafe serves creative breakfast and brunch dishes with Balkan and Middle Eastern influences, along with traditional cocktails, specialty coffee, and made-to-order drinks.
