Ironclad Eats

Ironclad Eats is a family-run food truck serving fusion tacos across southern Maine since 2021. Founded by Chef Joe McCluskey and family members, the business combines local and global flavors with creative dishes, many of which are gluten-free and adaptable to dairy-free and vegan preferences. The truck has earned recognition as a top-ten best food truck in Portland for multiple years and is available for private events, catering, and community gatherings at local breweries and venues.
