Founded by brothers Dylan and Cam Gardner, who grew up in their family’s falafel business on the midcoast of Maine, the food truck has been providing catering services for over nine years, serving local companies including Whole Foods, Hannaford, Maine Medical Center, and Thompson’s Point. The business operates from the Eastern Promenade and offers both food truck service and catering options, including their popular brick-and-mortar restaurant Nura located in Monument Square.
