The business serves over 60 Gifford’s ice cream flavors alongside dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free options, and operates seasonally from April through October. Beyond serving ice cream, The Jefferson Scoop actively supports the local community through initiatives including staying open until midnight on high school prom night and hosting a summer free lunch program, while also maintaining community gardens on the property.
